Sift Head 0 is a sniper game that tells the origin story of Vinnie, the protagonist of the Sift Heads series. You have to shoot enemies, escape from cops, and avenge your teddy bear. The game has stick figure graphics, bloody effects, and voice acting. It is the first game in the Sift Heads series.
